For our team in Lausanne, Switzerland we are therefore looking for a Product Owner – Web Analytics. At our Global Data & Analytics hub, we operate within a product-based framework, prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and most importantly, delivery of value to our customers through impactful data products. We are committed to leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers across markets, functions, and categories. As the Product Owner in B2C Solutions Web Analytics team, you will be leading the delivery of data and analytics solutions, products, and capabilities for Website channels, covering multi-category angle and cross channel interactions. The accountability of this position running more than one product teams, setting the operational direction for those products, engaging with business owners and customers (global and local), and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives. You will work closely with the strategy and delivery organizations to define and track metrics and delivery of value via B2C data products. Being a peer to the other B2C product owners, you will collaborate closely with them to synergize for the solution outline as well as efficient resource allocation for data products and maximize value generation. You will: - Own the entire lifecycle of Web analytics data product from design to build and run shedding the lights on the performance of those channels and guiding the investment on them. - Collaborate with business product manager to identify local/regional/global business needs and opportunities for solution development in line with company’s cost-efficient growth ambitions leveraging digital channels. - Lead a multi-disciplinary analytics product team to build and run the data product based on priorities. - Liaise and collaborate with the agencies supporting PMI’s digital channels. - Drive platform related discussions with business partners and agencies, keeping the right balance between company wide (DPaaS) and domain specific (GCP) platforms. - In liaison with Business Product Manager, set the strategic direction for data products, ensuring alignment with department goals and broader organizational objectives. - Translate business needs into data product features and enhancements. - Act as the primary liaison between data product development teams and business product manager and other business partners. - Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data products and data assets. - Stay informed about industry best methodologies, emerging technologies, and trends in data product development and data management. - Keep abreast of market need and commercial/consumer trends, emerging technologies, and industry best methodologies for data and analytics solutions. - Monitor the performance and quality of data and analytics solutions and continuously trigger enhancements with D&A core product and technology teams for continuous improvement. We’re looking for someone with: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science). - Experience in data product management or a related field with a focus on data product development and data management. - Proficiency in Data Product Management Tools and Methodologies: o Full data product development lifecycle expertise. o Data quality, governance, and security tool competence. o Agile practices for adaptability and collaboration. - Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, preferably within a product-based operating model. - Working knowledge of Agile way of working’ - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset and the ability to guide data-driven decisions with insight and foresight.
