The Digital eCommerce Trading Lead is responsible for delivering the online sales strategy for our oral smokeless category. The role involves overseeing the online merchandising, performance monitoring, and driving online sales growth across our e-commerce site. Your Day to day • Lead the execution of the digital roadmap and campaign calendar including end to end campaign management and orchestration to deliver sales targets and KPIs. • Daily, weekly and monthly performance monitoring via Google Analytics, PowerBI and session replay tools – leading to production of regular performance reports. • Analyse the online performance and customer behaviour, conducting daily site checks for continuous improvement. Implement best practices for online merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation. • Working with IT and local teams on launches, bug fixes and site issue resolution. • Working closely with brand, digital marketing, web configuration, customer experience and data teams to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. • UVT execution to support deployment of new features and functionalities to site. • Product catalogue, promotions and site content maintenance, supporting new product launches and activations. Implementing best practices for online merchandising, navigation, search and product presentation. • Production and maintenance of site roadmap and campaign calendar to plan E-Commerce pipeline and website strategy. • Supporting A-B testing and Personalisation team to drive CRO improvements to the site. About you • Broad Web and Digital knowledge, as well as customer behaviour. • Highly organised and detail-orientated, managing multiple projects and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong presentational skills. • Track record of delivering online sales growth and achieving critical metrics. • Essential experience with Adobe AEM or equivalent site CMS. • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or equivalent ticket management tools. • Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and troubleshooting. • Experience in QA, with an eye for detail and precision. • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
