Senior Product Lead – AI & Reporting

In this position you will drive the P&C AI agenda, along with ownership of Platform Adoption. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities based on reporting insights and convert this into actionable AI initiatives that enhance performance and drive efficiency across the Service Delivery Organisation and broader P&C community. You will act as the pioneer to deliver approved AI tools that can drive better outcomes and improve employee experience. This role will require you to champion the development of AI-driven products, creating robust success metrics that help simplify and automate manual based activities across teams. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 3+ years of Salesforce Platform Proficiency with a deep understanding of Salesforce (Service and Experience) functionalities, features, and how to leverage them for AI integration • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions and improvements • Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience. • Ability to lead and adapt to organizational changes, particularly those associated with the implementation of AI technologies. • Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies. • Ability to lead in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse stakeholders. • Interpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way, using graphical representations and data visualizations. • Familiar with conventional and advance analytic tool (I.e., Google Data Analytics, Salesforce and PowerBI). • Ability to analyse different user types/personas and define key value drivers aligned to user behaviours. WHAT WE OFFER? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Sodexo lunch card • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Driving new AI initiatives across P&C ecosystem by crafting compelling value propositions and advocating for the transformative potential of AI within P&C. • Overseeing new AI pilots, which includes nominating features for testing, monitoring their performance, and gathering user feedback to inform future iterations. • Creating and leading AI product roadmaps and communicating timelines to key project sponsors on a regular basis. • Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Combine employee behavioural analytics and channel mix insights and utilise these findings across various data sources & data points to surface insights and opportunities. • Define and develop adoption insights that can be used to show how employees are engaging with the product offering. • Visualize findings, formulating impactful insights and communicating them to regional and local teams. • Understand key business priorities and questions, drivers, and hypotheses, then convert these requirements into tangible outcomes and reporting metrics. • Monitor channel performance and provide recommendations for improvement to relevant Product teams to help shape and design future roadmaps/strategies. • Work as a liaison between business and technical teams to automate manual processes and optimizing data delivery for greater scalability. • Participate in cross-departmental discussions and support decision making process by providing data driven insights and business performance analysis. • Develop and own P&C product reporting enhancements and seeks continual ways to drive automation opportunities to drive product efficiencies.
