The Challenge: Your job is to deliver your stakeholders (commercial, consumer, brand & portfolio leadership teams) insights that move business forward, supporting the affiliate transformation with fast paced decisions. Working in the assigned business unit, you’ll join efforts with your Business Partner, your peers and respective stakeholders in order to deliver relevant and meaningful analysis and to keep updated data products and reporting activities according to the market priorities. Your ‘day to day’ INSIGHTS • Provide assigned stakeholders with relevant insights, constantly questioning how to improve the status quo. • Analyze data and prepare reports for discussion with relevant stakeholders collaborating with them to refine insights to ensure these are understood. • Develops ad-hoc analyses using self-service capabilities including data wrangling, advanced visualizations, analytical modelling. • Follow through on the outcomes of earlier analysis to ensure value is delivered. REPORTING • Provide reports to the assigned stakeholders on the performance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, relevancy & timely reporting and tracking of core KPIs and performance results. • Through expertise in advanced reporting tools like Power BI, produces and shares with relevant stakeholders’ information and reports in order to provide with a better experience, aligned with the overall team’s strategy. • Develop and produce ad hoc reporting for stakeholders, respecting commitments from the reporting governance board. • Provide in a timely manner all the data and information required to run existing business processes in Planning/Finance, Market Research, Internal Controls and HR. • Supports the Business Partner/product owner in ensuring the objectives of the analytics solution are consumed easily by the end user. KPI & P4P TRACKING • Create the tools and reports needed to run commercial pay for performance mechanics, actively participating in the governance meetings while providing insights that support the programs mechanics definition. DATA GOVERNANCE • Collaborates with Data Governance & Reporting regarding data sources and reporting requests to prioritize data architecture needs (automatize data colleting from different resources, systems and databases, requests for views to deliver complex analysis). PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Actively participates in local affiliate projects, being the insights & analytics representative in what regards reporting and insights generation, as well as in PMI driven projects, acting as the market lead and representing the business stakeholders interests. Who we’re looking for • Bachelor degree or Master degree, preferably in Business and Admninistration / Economics, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Applied Mathematics • Minimum 2~3 years of work experience. Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG industry is preferred. Proved track record in intelligence roles. • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel), PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake and geo spatial tools. • Experience in using visualization and data analysis tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI etc. • Frequently works with complex data sets from internal and external sources. • Expert at the role of analytics in supporting strategy development and execution. • Experience of Advanced Analytics transforming business decision making is a plus. • Collaborative and team player, is able to work for the common interest. • Ability to think analytically and develop business insights from self service capabilities using data. • Fast learner and curious, learns the business and respective data sets in order to progress. • Technical expertise in visualization, query and data management. • Experimentation mindset (fast learning, quick and dirty etc, iterative development). • Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese. • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
