Joining Product & Operations IT Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, nimble & expert team composed of multiple sub streams. The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting state of the art and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain. We are currently looking to hire a IT Solution Architect - Supply Chain The digitalization of the Supply Chain program is considered as a key pillar of the PMI's digital transformation, with the vision of delivering an attractive and consistent consumer experience, across multiple product categories and omni-channel. The ambition is to provide an integrated digital platform that, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies (cloud-based platform, AI, ML, advanced analytics), enables a full end-to-end visibility and drastically improves the overall cost-to-serve. One of our core challenges, as established organization, is the integration of existing solutions while making the best of the emerging technologies. Our objective is to rapidly add new capabilities while managing the complexity of the overall IT landscape. As a IT Solution architect, you will help us by: - Providing input and recommendations for establishing IT architecture principles, standards & patterns that can be leveraged across a suite of products, in alignment with the overall architectural vision and direction. - Providing insights for PMI architecture services & related Technology, Data and Security components in related domain(s); provide input and contribute to the Standards and Guidelines for implementation. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A candidate with understanding of Supply Chain Management processes • An experience with Supply Chain Management solutions like: SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, other • Enterprise Integration Practices (API driven integration, Event Driven Architectures, etc.) • Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and platforms like: AWS, Azure • Data and Analytics experience (Data Modelling, Master Data Management, Data Mart and Data Warehouses) and Data Visualization • Passion about IT technology and its application to solve business processes • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or University degree with additional certificates, degrees or experience in Project Management & Service Management • 8+ years of experience in IT technology • 6+ years of significant expertise in specific Supply Chain Management area(s) (ex.: Planning, Logistics, etc.) • Strategic Planning experience • Understand key processes in technology delivery. • Exposure to International environment • Communication skills and willingness to speak up WHAT WE OFFER YOU • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo), Multisport & Cafeteria program • Hybrid model of work and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Free bike and car parking for all employees • Eligibility to participate in Copyrighted Work program (possibility to increase tax-deductible costs) HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support implementation of PMI's Architecture Services and all related service portfolios at a suite of IT product level including documentation standards, to better support current and future business needs • Design, develop, document, and maintain the key business & process area specific application & technology architecture for a suite of products and related infrastructure to meet business needs while ensuring the alignment with standards and environment • Analyze, plan, and manage the overall roadmap for related "suite of products" in the respective domains; and periodically publish the respective product roadmaps • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of a suite of products functionality and its dependence on release levels, through research in domain specific industry trends and developments • Collaborate with PMI global/Affiliates to develop RFI and RFP documents and participate in the reviewing of vendor submissions and preparing recommendations that meet PMI requirements including compliance with established standards and best practices • Conduct periodic discussions on selected topics for specified suite of products aiming to form Interest groups in propagating Principals, Standards and Roadmaps • Support building a flexible, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best global talent in order to deliver IT required by PMI, currently and in the future • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define/design Solutions for Supply Chain Management digital capabilities • Scout industry technology trends and propose solutions to support company’s digital roadmap We believe that with your support, we will build a continual change pipeline with modular design of business capabilities, digital technologies, and data behind them.
