About the Role As a Digital Marketing Manager at Philip Morris Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online demand-generation strategies! This will include online advertising, search engine optimization, and social media channel management. You will be developing, implementing, and enhancing online marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, build a robust sales funnel, and accelerate revenue growth. Your focus will be on the upper-funnel demand generation, aligning these efforts with downstream activities that support ongoing customer retention and growth. You’ll lead on creating all-encompassing digital marketing plans that draw in quality leads and nurture them via global and local campaigns. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with our full range of smoke-free categories and collaborate with diverse teams, in-house experts, and external partners to achieve remarkable business results! Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and optimise online marketing campaigns across various channels to generate online traffic, qualified leads, and achieve acquisition goals. • Responsible for coordinating the budget allocation and performance monitoring of online advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment and alignment with business goals. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve the ranking and visibility of our website and landing pages on search engines. • Grow and lead our social media presence across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align online marketing efforts with our overall brand strategy and messaging. • Analyse and report on the performance and impact of online marketing campaigns using various tools and metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. About you • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and advertising. • Proven track record of delivering successful online marketing campaigns, specifically in regulated industries, while adhering to industry-specific guidelines and regulations. • Experience working in both corporate and marketing agency environments, effectively collaborating with colleagues, partners, and vendors. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to use various tools and metrics to measure and optimise the performance and impact of online marketing efforts. • Excellent communication and writing skills, coupled with a creative flair for producing engaging and compelling content across different audiences and platforms. • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing direct reports.
