If you want to make a life-changing impact on consumers, there’s no better place! For our Audience Strategy and Profiling team in London, UK we are looking for a Lead Audience Profiling. As we accelerate our journey, the Audience team’s mission is to deeply understand our prospects and consumers' needs and fulfill them better than anyone else. This team will be acting as the cohesive force that underpins PMI’s consumer-centric, data-driven strategy. You'll be working together with a mix of talents in data, analytics, science, technology, marketing and media. You’ll constantly look for effectiveness, efficiencies and big wins: What can we do better? Where can we scale? You’ll gather audience insights from quantitative and qualitative data and work with data scientists and analysts to implement targeting solutions globally across multiple verticals. Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive descriptive analyses answering business questions in order to produce actionable insights and support ad-hoc requests with exploratory analyses; • Summarize and simplify analytical results through reports and consequently interpret and translate insights into clear business recommendations; • Describe consumer behaviors, interactions and demographics into profiles with consumer level engagement data • Analyze consumer level data and work with Insights teams to uncover insights from data and translate them into meaningful recommendations, constantly finding a new angle to improve acquisition and retention practices • Develop targeting and retargeting strategies with the team and deliver audience insights based on qualitative and quantitative data; • Propose & measure results of tests for data-driven consumer engagement activities in online and offline channels, with a continuous test-measure-feedback mindset • Gather key audience learnings from markets; • Collaborate closely with other data and business analysts to generate holistic analytical deep-dive analyses and provide insights and hands-on recommendations for online marketing campaigns; • Manipulate large volume raw data to produce structured data sets for analysis; Skills & experience: • Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree in mathematics or marketing or business management or related fields; • 2+ years’ work experience in either Marketing Analytics or Consumer Value Management; • Experience with digital marketing (campaigns), sales analytics and reports; • Significant experience in analyzing online and offline data; • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making; • SQL (is a must) experience and working experience with relational databases; • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, experimental design; • Python, Spark or Hadoop a plus; • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing a plus; • Experience with PowerBI a plus; • Self-starter with ability to quickly ramp up on new tools and technologies; • Ability to present technical projects to senior stakeholders giving business perspective. • Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity with diverse stakeholders.
