Reporting to the Director People & Culture, the Manager Integrated Talent Management is responsible for leading ITM strategy and initiatives to ensure sustainable talent acquisition, talent development and future talent bench for the Andean cluster. Your ‘day to day’ Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning • Facilitate strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization is prepared for the future. Identify and deploy Buy, Build, Borrow, Bot initiatives, in close collaboration with GTAD & the BPs. • Collaborate with GTAD (Global Talent Acquisition Delivery) team to develop a sustainable talent attraction plans to build diverse pipelines for future needs • Provide ITM consulting support to Business partner to design and evolve a holistic approach to developing the skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours required to deliver the Function strategy. Also leverages COE expertise when needed. Talent, Performance Management and Development • Together with P&C Managers support business leaders in identifying diverse talents, planning and executing their individual development, building succession plans for critical roles in cluster/country • Drive performance culture enabling managers and employees to set expectations and goals, give and receive feedback and discuss professional development needs and career aspirations • Deploy leadership development programs to ensure current and emerging leaders have the skills to drive the culture, effectively lead, engage and develop their teams. Who we’re looking for • Minimum 8 years of professional experience with proven records in Business Management, HR Management • Experience in Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management Experience working with various senior stakeholders • Experience and success in leading and developing teams • P&C key capabilities: data driven, business focused & experience led • Expert on core P&C areas of intervention (Talent Management, Learning and Leadership development, Performance Management) • Strategic Workforce Planning • Partnering, Communications & Collaboration • Project Management • Coaching & Advising, Counseling What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
