YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ The Sr Manager Global TA Delivery Europe is accountable for the management and leadership of our Talent Acquisition teams across one of the two Subregions in Europe. You will be building and implementing the TA Strategy, ensuring alignment with the business and strategic goals of the region and each market. This role is responsible to translate the TA Strategy aligned with P&C Priorities into a tactical TA plan, including Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Sourcing & Early Careers. You will also hold budget responsibility for the sub region, designing efficient ways to drive forward the delivery of global and regional projects, develop Regional Hiring Forecasts and align Capacity accordingly. You will be working closely with HR Directors and Leadership teams in the region, as well as our regional Vice President, taking accountability for relationship management in the region and at global level with other P&C and PE&D teams. The Sr Manager TA EU will have full Governance of TA Activities in the region and will be answerable on the team’s compliance with internal PMI policy and external legal guidelines. You will also manage the development and upskilling of TA Managers and extended team members in the region in line with these policies and guidelines to ensure consistency in approach. Leading a regionally distributed team of TA Mangers and Specialists, leveraging the scale, products and services within the broader TA delivery team to ensure the right quality, timeliness, cost of regional hiring and improving the end-end candidate and hiring manager experience. This to include: o Setting of standards/objectives for all those involved in TA activity. o Coaching and mentoring the team members. o Providing day to day leadership of TA activity in region including integration and collaboration with all elements of Global TA Delivery; Candidate Attraction, Central Functions Recruitment and Product management. Partnering with business leaders and Regional/Functional P&C VP from needs analysis to hiring brief, channel selection, attraction, assessment and selection – ensuring the right candidates are delivered to close the regional talent gaps. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Essential • Strong HR or TA Experience in a multinational environment with business partnering responsibility. • Proven track record in designing and running volume Talent Acquisition model • Excellent candidate and customer engagement skills • Strong People leadership skills, have the ability to energize and motivate geographically diverse teams, even in a remote context. • Strong collaborator across teams, able to lead and motivate distributed and globally diverse teams • Strong stakeholder management and influencing, working closely with leaders and hiring managers across multiple geographies • Good experience of using data and analytics to drive change and run TA effectively. Preferred • Wide Experience of operating and delivering TA services across multiple geographies. • Good working knowledge of retail or B2C industries considered an advantage. • Processes management and understanding of design principles is an advantage.
