WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Students or university graduates with a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/Human Resources/IT up to 6 months after graduation, • Candidates with passion for HR experience, design, and continuous improvement process, • Speakers of a very good level of written and spoken English, • Candidates with strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload and strong prioritization skills, • Someone who is always looking for solution and has great problem-solving skills - ability to generate creative solutions to unexpected challenges, ability to articulate specific customer problems' solutions, • Excellent collaboration, communication and Influencing skills, • Previous work experience in HR and advanced Excel and experimental mindset would be a strong asset. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? Support Product Owners for lifecycle HR processes in • managing supporting documentation (Instructions, Trainings, Guides), • support analysis and insights of the solution, • supporting testing of the solution, • support collection of feedback and requirement, • By working in the P&C Product Management department you will support our groundbreaking projects influencing P&C digital solutions portfolio and ways of working.
