Your “day to day” Commercial Strategy Deployment • Manage the integrated go-to-market calendar, aligning back-office functions and prioritizing activities based on business needs and deployment capacity • Provide guidance to back-office team members on implementing deployment plans based on trade segmentation, field capacity, and overall business goals to enhance performance • Support and contribute to the Channel Managers on strategic directions for overall Commercial Operations strategy • Monitor and analyze important metrics like the number of active customers, sales distribution, stock availability, distributor's service level, and territory distribution targets as business needs change • Collaborate, direct, and influence individuals and organizations to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies Process Management • Develop and drive seamless back-office processes to support quality deployment of activities, ensuring timely delivery of required resources • Coordinate the briefing and regional alignment process, ensuring field teams are well-equipped to deploy activities • Ensure processes are highly operational, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness Analysis & Reporting • Oversee the reporting of all deployment activities, ensuring that individuals in the field can access and comprehend the reports • Collaborate with the Commercial Planning Department to keep internal stakeholders informed about deployment progress • Continuously analyze and optimize performance of commercial initiatives, providing actionable insights. Distribution Development / Tools • Develop and manage the trade tool planning framework, coordinating resources against business requirements and segmentation to deliver optimal communication for all relevant brands/SKUs • Drive ongoing improvement of distribution mechanisms, working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to streamline processes and enhance cost efficiencies • Collect and consolidate feedback on deployment tools, formulating enhancement requests What We’re Looking For: • A bachelor’s degree /at least 2 working experience in sales operations role • Proven track record in leading complex sales and services operations projects • Experience in a commercial role within FMCG • High proficiency in Advanced MS Excel • Strong analytical and process management skills • Attention to detail • Ability to prioritise • Proven ability to foster strong cross functional relationships to influence & drive performance through others • Experience in reporting and data analytics • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines What We Offer: • Dynamic Work Environment: Be part of a vibrant, fast-paced industry • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional and personal development • Inclusive Culture: A diverse and inclusive workplace • Join our team on the path to a smoke-free future Ready to Join Us?
