As a Trade Activation & DTE Platform Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing trade activation initiatives and digital sales initiative planning & deployment, focusing on Conventional & RRP (Reduced-Risk Products) categories. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing digital sales platforms, and providing mentorship to a team of 12 individuals while directly supervising a smaller team of 2. REQUIREMENTS: • Min. 2 years of experience in team leader/supervisor role • Min. 2 years of experience in commercial/marketing initiative planning & deployment • Experience in cross-functional cooperation • Experience/advanced knowledge in B2B/B2C channels • Experience in strategy commercialization/marketing activities deployment and execution via digital tools • Fluent English (B2+/C1) and fluent (C1/C2) Polish WE OFFER: • In this position you will earn no less than 18,930 gross per month • Cross-functional projects in teams & companies (international) • Cafeteria with various benefits • Private medical & dental care, life insurance • Flexible working arrangements • Lunch card (Pluxee) • Wide range of trainings, further education, optional language courses YOUR TASKS: • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 12 people, including supervisors, execs, and specialists • Collaborate with various functions such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Global OC, and Hubs • Take ownership of B2B Digital Platform trial/sales-supporting mechanics • Craft strategy for B2B Digital Platform Operations and Development • Engage FSF B2B stakeholders to ensure acceptance of B2B platform • Develop performance indicators for both B2B FSF and B2B platform initiatives • Develop reporting tools and identify areas for improvement • Conduct market observation to identify implementable mechanics • Efficiently manage budgets - Prepare Media Plan for Retail - Key Accounts & Traditional Trade for activation, including Digital Platform (B2B platform) • Supervise and monitor activation preparation and execution to effectively address the target group • Conduct monthly performance reviews and propose actions for improvement • Monitor performance indicators and financial resources to suggest appropriate strategies • Provide support for procurement department in Vendor Selection Process and negotiate with suppliers We are collecting applications until 05.07.2024!
