Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Zone Manager to join our FZM Management team, reporting to Head of Sales Australia. This highly visible role will see you contribute to the leadership and overall execution excellence in the VIC and TAS region by delivering on target objectives in collaboration with Deployment Strategy, Pricing, Key Accounts and Portfolio. This role is perfect for someone looking to accelerate their career, as with our Head office located in Melbourne, we are looking for someone to progress through the organisation once they have experienced our frontline. Your impact: • Leading, guiding, coaching, and developing a team of Field Territory Managers • Providing local market intelligence (pricing, competitor brand positioning etc.) and analysis to internal stakeholders • Working closely with touch point planning in understanding field based KPI’s and deriving right outcomes for the zone • Working closely with the B2B deployment team to create cycle plans and deploying the activity plans for the zone • Accountable for budget allocation, prioritisation and resource management • Ensuring all activities coming from top down are deployed and driving the right outcomes based on KPI’s • Understanding the key accounts strategy (state-based MSO’s and convenience groups) and engaging with respective external stakeholders to build advocacy for PMI Who we are looking for: • Experience in leading, developing and engaging a high performing field team with FMCG or Consumer Goods experience highly advantageous, alternatively an individual with Key Account experience looking to grow their leadership capability • The ability to drive team culture and create an open, transparent, and trusting environment • An understanding of commercial key drivers such as brands, pack size, pricing, segmentations, and touchpoints • The ability to analyse results and propose plans/activities to unlock commercial opportunities within zone • The ability to comprehend targets, and articulate the impact and linkage to the FTM to provide their purpose within the trade • Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity and solving problems, excels at influencing others and is highly adaptive and resilient If you do not meet all criteria, we would still love to hear from you!
