Supervisor Analysis & Reporting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to market dynamics and company objectives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. • Utilize analytical tools to dissect performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and delivering actionable insights to drive continuous enhancement. • Actively engage in cross-functional collaborations, leveraging analytical expertise to contribute valuable market-specific perspectives to projects and initiatives. • Evaluate budgetary implications of activities, assess resource availability, and effectively communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders. • Prepare comprehensive analysis reports addressing business challenges and opportunities, offering alternative solutions when data limitations arise. • Maintain a robust system for reporting performance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to facilitate informed decision-making. • Respond promptly to ad-hoc information requests, delivering insights tailored to the specific needs of stakeholders. • Proactively identify areas for procedural improvements and report layout enhancements, providing ongoing recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. • Foster continuous dialogue with user groups to gather feedback and prioritize system enhancements, facilitating a collaborative approach to system refinement. • Uphold adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, minimizing business risks and ensuring compliance within the market landscape. • Lead and manage a team of four individuals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, providing guidance, and facilitating professional development opportunities. Who We’re Looking For: • Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of commercial reporting/ analysis, planning, and commercial budgeting roles, preferably in the Armenian market. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Advanced MS Skills required (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and knowledge of operating systems such as Power BI • Experience in project management, working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to spot patterns and trends from big data and from various data sources • Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems and stay cool under pressure • Very good knowledge of Armenian and English, Russian is a plus • Knowledge on MySQL, Macro or VBA is a plus.
