Your ‘day to day’: As Manager of Commercial Organization Development SEE, you will develop a strategy for constant and sustainable development of Commercial Organization. Your focus will be on the alignment of organization structures, people management, and functional processes with the Company's strategy and objectives. Your mission will be to increase professional knowledge and competency expertise, as well as to enhance the performance excellence of Sales & Marketing employees. • Lead the development of Sales & Marketing Functions through the creation, formulation, and presentation of organizational design proposals to Management. • Lead execution of the development plan, track development, and propose adjustments aligned with a long-range Company's strategy and objectives. • Develop a strategy for constant and sustainable organizational development in cooperation with HR, in order to provide Sales & Marketing Organization with the right people in the right place. • Lead consistent and cost- effective implementation of planned activities in order to meet department development needs. • Ensure deployment of functional training and developmental programs that focus on developing core competencies, technical skills, and knowledge for all populations. • Monitor, analyze, and report main points of execution of Sales KPI program and propose further development to Sales Management team. • Lead, motivate, and develop the team by finding opportunities for growth and exposure, facilitating skills/expertise, sharing knowledge and innovative approaches in order to support growth of overall unit performance. Ensure consistency and alignment of all activities of the team with department and company business priorities, mission, and strategies. • In cooperation with Sales & Marketing Functions, identify training needs of PM business partners and ensure the development and implementation of tailor-made training programs, aimed to satisfy the specific training needs of different groups of participants. • Monitor implementation of SEE annual compliance standards in line with region / global standards and monitor process of cooperation and control of commercial initiatives with 3rd party marketing and service agencies. Who we’re looking for: • University degree. • 5 years of experience with experience in commercial organization or HR • Experience in employee organizational development, capability building, training development. • Experience in FMCG, Telco, Banking or Tobacco industry Is preferred. • Proficient in English and the local language. • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Developed communication skills. • Good planning and analytical skills.
