UX/UI Specialist (Web Specialist)

Your ‘day to day’ As a Web Specialist and UX/UI Curator, you'll be responsible for UI and content changes on our website. Your focus will be on enhancing the overall user experience (UX) and creatively improving our sites as a multicategory market (P1 / P4 / P5). - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with different managers. - Illustrate design ideas usings storyboards / mockups / process flows and site maps. - Create Web Mockups. - Raise tickets for the region to implement changes, features and follow up on SLAs and tickets themselves. - Troubleshoot Web Problems and adjust based on user / client data. Who we’re looking for - 2-3 years of experience as a web specialist, UI / UX designer, or similar role. - Knowledge of mindmaping software (Miro, mural, whiteboard, Lucid Chart, etc) and creative/design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc) - Proficient English. - Priorization & organization skills - Strong communcation skills and ability to collaborate with varios stakeholders. - Nice to have: Google analytics knowledge What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
