Your day to day The general purpose of this role is to build the best solutions that support the Go to Market (GTM) strategies related to business products and commercial objectives. Extending the Digital Trade Engagement Salesforce Framework through embedded content, ensuring seamless integration of advertisements, embedded videos, web analytics and any other interactive content. - Work closely with respective markets (among Americas) and the IT group to support commercial activities and customer campaigns. - Be part of the team responsible for the projects analysis, solutions design and architecture working with databases and data extraction, transformation and loading processes. - Creatively develop the required content and ensure technical integration with Salesforce, generating a great first impression to customers by providing them with a world class experience. It's all about driving lead generation, collecting valuable customer data, and delivering personalized marketing that will elevate our market’s commercial experience. - Adapt the business application’s logic connected with the Salesforce application, for different markets, taking into consideration their commonalities and singularities. Who we’re looking for - University degree, preferably in Marketing, Commercialization, Administration or similar. - Have written and verbal communication advanced level of English. - Have at least 2 years of experience in Digital Project Management with focus on Commercial and Data Analytics. - Knowledge and demonstrable development experience using SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Salesforce Architecture and HTML (mandatory). - Proficient in handling MS Office. - Strong teamwork, interpersonal relationships, decision-making, results delivery, creativity, and analytical skills.
