Your day-to-day: - Provide technical support for information systems covering the company's manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance and other processes (mainly at the factory). - Coordinate the implementation of changes and work with problems in accordance with the corporate standard of information technology management. - Propose and actively promote the implementation of optimization measures in the relevant information technology management processes. - Anticipate problems that may affect the support or operation of the system and take appropriate measures to reduce negative consequences. - Promote improvements and optimization of information technologies and related processes, based on a deep understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) standard. - Contributes to the development of information technology management in the form proposed by improvement with their further implementation. - Evaluate and recommend software packages to achieve goals in the shortest possible time and to minimize current costs in the future. - Cooperate with central groups of developers for local deployment and improvement of global digital solutions. - Gain knowledge and the ability to act as an expert on solutions for systems operating on site (manufacturing, IIOT, industrial cloud, ERP integration, track & trace). - Good understanding of manufacturing business processes, close cooperation with internal customers, problem solving skills and root cause analysis. - Adherence to PMI global standards for locally deployed digital solutions (technical documentation, updates to technical and user documentation, user manuals and training materials) in order to facilitate the effective use of systems. Who we're looking for: - Higher education in the field of information technologies, higher technical education. Post graduate degree will be a plus; - 5+ years of work experience in the field of information services, information technologies and support of business critical digital solutions; - Knowledge of SQL (Microsoft Transact SQL is preferred); - Good understanding of OOP, knowledge of at least one programming language is desirable; - English at the "Upper-Intermediate" level; - Experience of managing complex projects and business critical IT services; - Strong analytical abilities, ability to learn quickly, ability to work in a team; - Ability to take ownership for the positive result and drive for it; - Agile mindset, ability to act in a constantly changing environment; - Ability to focus and prioritize concurrent tasks; - Strong motivation for continuous learning and development; - AWS\Microsoft or similar certifications will be a plus.
