YOUR DAY TO DAY Context: ▪ A unique opportunity to join IT Legal, EA and Risk Assurance Solutions team ▪ We will build technology roadmap based on Digital capabilities to support IT Legal, EA and Risk Assurance Functions at PMI ▪ We are looking at addressing the Risk Core capabilities (incl. replacement of old solutions, misaligned or outdated data model) together with identifying differentiating capabilities in those areas ▪ A role that connects Risk Assurance Functions and IT capabilities. Experience and knowledge about Risk Transformation linked with broad understanding of technology components. ▪ A role that connects Risk Assurance Technology with other strategic initiatives (i.e. S4HANA) ▪ A role with ability to debate about Risk Transformation comfortably & passionately with senior stakeholders instilling the right design principles and ways of working ▪ Assumed technology background: SAP GRC, knowledge of one of the GRC tools (IBM Open Pages, Service Now etc.) API based Integration frameworks. Team: ▪ Reporting to IT Corporate Sub Platform Owner ▪ Overlooking and driving the architecture for the IT Legal, EA and Risk Assurance domain, linking with other architects ▪ Strong cooperation with other IT teams, external partners, Risk functions Key Stakeholders: ▪ IT Legal, EA and Risk & Controls Product Owners ▪ InfoSec Product Owners ▪ Corporate Audit Product Owners ▪ Program teams ▪ Enterprise and Domain IT architecture community in PMI ▪ Enterprise Data & Analytics ▪ IT Delivery Teams WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ▪ University degree or adequate equivalent ▪ Legal and GRC technology solutions implementation experience across a variety of areas. ▪ Extensive experience delivering solutions within GRC domain including proven project contributions as a Solution Architect. ▪ Strong Enterprise IT architecture background (processes, data, methodologies, frameworks). ▪ 5+ years’ experience performing architecture design, end-to-end solution delivery, implementing IT process improvement. ▪ Experience in designing solution architecture with on premise and cloud/SaaS applications, in digital technology (e.g. data, robotics, cognitive) development domain architecture design and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices. ▪ Experience and ability to design functional and technical solutions for standard and non-standard GRC processes with appropriate attention to detail. ▪ Demonstrable experience as a consultant, with experience rolling out projects internationally Involved with at least two end-to-end full lifecycle projects. ▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ▪ Confident, with the ability to influence and persuade ▪ Analytical and results focused ▪ Experience of both reacting to and of solving problems ▪ An understanding of how complex matrix organisations operate; international experience is an advantage Ultimately, personality means more to us than skills.
