Joining the Digital Products Portfolio The Digital Consumer Engagement Products portfolio plays a critical role in delivering PMI’s Smoke-Free Future. We are enabling digital services to our consumers and retailers by building platforms to communicate our vision to broader society. Together with talent from multiple business and technology functions across our footprint, we are delivering a premium experience for our consumers. When you join this team, you will work in a dynamic, diverse, and warm environment. You will be primarily focusing on defining your Digital Product vision, regularly engaging with your customers to gather feedback and understand their needs in order to maximize value. You will be part of all stages of Digital Product incremental value delivery. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY • In collaboration with Product Owner and Delivery Manager, create Product vision and enable Product Team to deliver value to the customer. • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable and performant e-commerce integrations, with fast time to market. • Create & manage the application Architecture, in a way it can be scaled, easily maintained and improved. • Understand the existing system landscape and requirements. • Drive PoC(s) by collaborating with Software Engineering team to achieve consistent and backed target Architecture. • Drive identification of Non-Functional and technical requirements. • Collaborate with peers and other stakeholders in driving new solutions & initiatives. • Validate any Architectural change requested by Business, BAs or Development teams. • Maintain Architectural documentation and liaise with the Development teams. • Create Performance model specifications and technical backlogs for the scoped applications. • Identify and propose improvements to the Product Owner. • Deliver artifacts for 3rd party system integrations, namely Application and Technical Architecture and Solution outline. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Technical background in application engineering and integration. • 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce domain. • 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP Commerce/Hybris based e-commerce application development & implementation on both cloud and on prem versions. • Experience in both B2C and B2B commerce concepts. • In-depth experience with SAP Commerce/Hybris headless commerce implementations and its modules. E.g. catalogue management & promotions, order flow orchestration, Hybris accelerators, etc. • Exposure to multi-country implementation and ongoing expansion programme. • Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks. • Expertise on architecture transformation, modular/composable architecture, evolutionary architecture and working in a product-based setup. • Proven experience with documenting technical design to support implementation, configuration and Run & Support. • Technical competency with production deployments and hotfixes. • Experience validating the feasibility and estimation of new requirements. • Ability to identify issues and provide best practices on performance, security and reliability areas. • Ability to deep dive from high level Architecture to code. • Experience with AWS stack is a plus. • Experience with SAP stack integration and hands on with SAP RETAIL / CAR / MDG is a plus. • Experience with different APMs, namely for E2E transaction tracing is a plus.
