WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Mandatory requirements: • 5+ years of experience in IT – Linked to the finance domain • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • Experience in solution design and implementation for IT solutions • SAP knowledge for FI module, with specific experience in Payments and Treasury operations • Considerable technical writing proficiency, problem solving and decision-making skills • Be a self-starter and able to drive solution implementation initiatives from the requirements definition to deployment • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work independently • Highly collaborative, with ability to build relationships with colleagues from different cultures throughout the organization Optional requirements • SAP knowledge on CO module • SAP4/Hana knowledge • Experience managing initiatives across different teams and geographies • Practical experience of working in a product-based organization, acting as a scrum master/project leader • Practical knowledge of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferred experience with AWS environment WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Provide subject matter expertise across the organization in support of IT initiatives in the area • Drive discussions with business stakeholders in the markets and central stakeholders to understand the business needs, advise and consult on technology matters • Work closely with architects and the wider IT experts community to define solutions using modern technology and PMI programs (API, AWS, SAP, S4HANA), • Understand the capabilities and drive transformation of the applications portfolio to ensure that solutions are effectively and efficiently implemented and used • Take active part in implementations of new solutions in the Treasury and Payments area - Initiate, lead or support medium and large size projects Please note that only online applications will be taken into consideration.
