WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • BA/MA in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration • Min. 2 years’ experience in managing payroll (preferred) or Finance/HR (desirable) delivery process and systems. Proven people management experience • Controls/ Risk Management skills • Strong Process Management (Define, Assess and Monitor) skills • Understanding of Employment Tax and Social Insurance regulatory requirements • Stakeholder engagement • End consumer experience: Service orientation, Knowledge HR WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance, employee pension plan • Sodexo Lunch card, Cafeteria program including Multisport card • Hybrid working model • Wide range of trainings and further education and professional qualification support possibility (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Responsible for achieving payroll-related target key performance indicators, operational level agreements and service levels to internal customers and stakeholders in the cluster • Collaborate with Payroll Providers and Payroll Delivery Teams in the region to drive towards standardization of payroll process across PMI. • Lead transition of payroll activities according to the defined payroll strategy from markets / Employee Care into Payroll Delivery. • Support Payroll Governance activities between P&C, Finance and Risk & Controls functions in the cluster. • Ensure all relevant Payroll activities for the cluster are delivered in compliance with global/ regional/ local legislation (statutory and non-statutory) and with PMI management standards. • Monitor cluster payroll performance to ensure delivery to applicable SOX / PMI Chart of Control and prevailing legislation, including identification, interpretation and application of prevailing employment tax and social insurance legislation. Identify action plans to close gaps in delivery in compliance with required standards and/ or legislation. • Engage with Corporate Audits, Risk and control and external bodies on payroll-related matters, e.g. SOX testing, Corporate Audits. • Follow up on payroll related issues/ problems within the scope of responsibility until they are resolved. Undertake proactive risk control to ensure no repeat of issues / problems. Understand payroll issues/ problems in the region, applying lessons learned (including proactive risk control) to ensure no replication of issues/ problems within the scope. • Monitor, identify and introduce areas for improvement by monitoring employee experience and/ or by acquiring and providing feedback from payroll team members. Act on Payroll Product Backlog and collaborate with other teams to ensure its timely delivery Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
