As Payroll Process Manager, you will be part of Payroll & Time Process Team and you will play pivotal role in governance of PMI payroll area, recommend optimal solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives which aim to increase employee experience, efficiency and compliance. You will support or lead payroll related projects. You will be actively partnering with Product/Process Owners, Payroll Delivery Teams, Relationship Managers, Internal Controls, Legal, Data Privacy Leads, Procurement, P&C Managers/Directors, Global Mobility, IT, InfoSecurity, Finance and payroll vendors. This role offers excellent opportunity to develop strategic thinking, global perspective and cross functional collaboration. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Tangible expertise in the end-to-end global payroll process; exposure to governance of payroll area is an asset. • Expertise in design and continuous improvement of payroll process. • Strong prioritization skills – managing multiple sources of demands, balancing global mandate with market centricity. • Problem solving – ability to generate creative solutions to unexpected challenges, ability to articulate specific customer problems' solutions. • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration, building and managing relationships outside span of control across multiple geographies, excellent communication and influencing skills, consulting and advisory for senior stakeholders. • Ability to plan work of others, set objectives, support, coach and motivate project team members from across the globe. Experience in people management and/or payroll project management is a must. • Knowledge of SF as core HCM and experience in deployment of SF as core HCM system in BPO payroll model organization is an asset. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Support deployment of PMI payroll strategy. • Govern payroll process for all PMI countries. • Provide recommendations based on insights from multiple sources. • Prioritize demands submitted by stakeholders and support their implementations. • Drive impact assessment engaging respective SMEs. • Define and enforce standard payroll framework. • Identify opportunities for improvements across the payroll process and drive initiatives to achieve them. • Lead payroll community of practice with regional payroll delivery teams to stimulate enhancements, standardization and alignment between regions. • Support payroll-related projects as global payroll SME. • Lead selected payroll projects/streams merging SME role with project management drive. #Li-hybrid
