Your ‘day to day’: Support deployment and maintenance of REEV (Field Sales Force Platform) strategy regarding contact channel mix and service missions implemented and to be implemented. Accountabilities: Identify over and underperforming Sales Areas in terms of REEV usage and universe coverage. Identify a WOW between Contact Channels (DTE – CSC – FSF) Monitor KPI's & CRM reports in order to flag any off-road behavior under the digital orchestration. Gather activities results developed on REEV by FSF, and identify key opportunities in order to share within Sales Areas Work Experience we are looking: Salesforce usage and management Power BI knowledge Analytical skills is a must 3+ years in commercial areas 3+ using data to develop trade activites and identifying opportunities
