TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing IQOS brand strategy and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and foster brand loyalty. 1) Brand Management - Design IQOS brand communication strategies based on strong understanding of category, target consumers and market trends. - Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance to maintain strong IQOS brand equity. 2) Integrated Campaign Management - Plan, execute and manage marketing/brand campaigns across various touchpoints. - Develop engaging and compelling contents for integrated marketing communication. - Brief and guide creative agencies to ensure the creative excellence in execution. 3) Consumer Engagement Activation - Manage online and offline events and create contents for those activities. 4) Global Initiative Adaptation - Work with central marketing team to adapt global campaign ideas & assets to local executions. 5) Budget Management and Marketing Efficiency - Plan and implement all agreed plan within budget and optimize spending for better performance. - Measure success with full analysis on key campaigns / launches WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Bachelor’s degree from university or above - 10 - 13 years’ experience in Brand management, Content marketing, Event marketing - Strong project leading skills and stakeholder management skills - Good understanding of consumer insights and analytics - Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills - People management experience preferred - Fluent in both Korean and English WHAT WE OFFER Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
