Your ‘day to day’: Implement Retailer NPS strategy and processes for CSC, Field Sales Force, DTE and Brand Communication through OPEN page. Enhance current scope of work implemented by global and Mexico, in order to ensure accurate and constant feedback collection. Align operative processes as a result of feedback collection to ensure actions are taken for detractors (70% of overall time) Implement Retailer Engagement Evolution (REEV) new capabilites. By first understanding the platform enhancements, then considering if it´s something Mexico will need in order to drive business and FSF engagement, and finally implementing and gather results in order to know if those implementations were accurate. (30% of overall time) Consider this position will have 2 different responsibilities but both aligned, as with a low RNPS response, main FSF-DTE-CSC tool could then leverage on any enhancements or improvements. Accountabilities: rNPS project implementation and improvements Negative sentiment management for operative solutions to our retailers REEV implementations and strategies to better drive business through the REEV program REEV implementations and strategies to better drive business through the REEV program RNPS Pain points management project and processes definitions.
