Join us in our External Affairs team and you will support the definition of the affiliate's digital communication strategy and coordinate its deployment. You will coordinate development and deployment of corporate communication campaigns and support the media relations team, working closely with EA and in synergy with business functions to support company objectives. Specific responsibilities include: • Support strategy development process and coordinate deployment of corporate and third-party communication and advocacy campaigns, building a comprehensive storytelling consistent with the affiliate's objectives. • Manage all available corporate digital properties to deploy content plans effectively and timely. • Support the media relations team in the definition and implementation of media plans in the market with the goal to ensure the right company positioning. • Monitor, nurture and protect corporate reputation, also ensuring corporate branding consistency across channels and time. • Ensure constant monitoring and update of relevant KPIs related to Digital Communications activities' performance. Who we’re looking for: • Graduation in Communications, Marketing or related field . A Master in digital communication is a huge plus • Previous experience of at least 5 years in digital communication field • Strong technical skills on: ADV, SEO, Analytics, social (FB, X YT in particular) and website • Track record in media relations’ management • Good Project management skills and strategic thinking, strong ability to plan and prioritize • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills • Ability to work in team and also autonomously • Marketing knowledge and skills are a huge plus • High flexibility and learning on the fly • Strong knowledge of English language What’s ‘nice to have’: • Agility to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines • Ability to work under pressure • Positive attitude and willingness to share competencies • Entrepreneurship and attention to details What we offer: Our success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
