Your responsibilities Join our team as a Demand Planning Executive, where you will lead Demand planning process for assigned category, including systems and relationships with all key stakeholders, in order to ensure that Sales forecasts are in line with Commercial, Marketing and Business Planning strategies. To ensure this You will: • plan sales reflecting sales and marketing strategy and analyze monthly sales plan volume for a year ahead; • monitor actual inventory levels, take actions to avoid out of stock situation. Coordinate product availability for campaigns; • supervise finished goods ordering and delivery process and co-operate with Supply Planning function to ensure effective sales and distribution on domestic market; • monitor logistics of finished goods between factories and warehouses. Co-operate with factories outside Lithuania in the scope of import issues; • hold and update systems supporting sales planning and product management. Initiate product price change in the system and keep updated product portfolio; • coordinate implementation of new retail prices and prepare official price lists; • participate in continuous process improvement projects. We expect that you: • Have a university degree preferably in Economics, Business Management / Logistics / Supply chain; • have a proven successful experience in Sales & Business Analysis and/or Supply Chain; • are strong in planning sales and coordinating supply chain process to ensure effective sales and distribution; • are able to monitor inventory of finished goods and taking care of optimal stock level; • have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to deal with variety of projects stakeholders simultaneously; • have ability to influence process improvement and changes cross functionally; • have very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP; • are fluent in English and Lithuanian languages.
