The Supply Planner manages operational Supply Planning process within the agreed SOP framework and executes accordingly, to come to an optimal supply plan, both short and long term, in order to achieve integral inventory level in line with business objectives. WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A CANDIDATE WITH • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field • 2-3 years business experience in Demand / Supply Management or SCM operations, preferably in consumer goods /electronic industry • Able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels • Strong communication skills in international matrix setting • Fluent in English • Good personal networking, persuasive, analytical, hands-on mentality, authority, stress resistant • Adaptability to lead different levels of audiences • Excellent Microsoft office skills, working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus) WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals (Sodexo card) & MyBenefit Cafeteria • Hybrid work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Manage the operational supply planning process by steering and controlling weekly and monthly supply execution process and ensuring finish goods availability • Decide on priorities based on capacity and material constraints, escalate to Supply Planning Lead when needed. Control the execution of the plan based on flexibility rules and inventory targets • Ensure phase in / phase out management by following NPI guideline • Ensure master data is available and on par with guidelines • Control the execution of the agreed shipment and inventory plans; identify risks and propose/take corrective actions • Report performance KPI, communicate issues and exceptions, steer deviations root cause analysis, engage and monitor improvement activities with relevant stakeholders including suppliers. • Contribute to the supply chain improvement programs and change management process Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
