REQUIREMENTS: • A student of 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 12 months after graduation - Logistics, Economy, Administration or similar - would be advantage • English B2 level (minimum) & advanced Polish • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Ms Excel) • High commitment, willingness to develop and learn • Openness to change and looking for solutions • Ability to think analytically • Passion for continuous improvement and optimization • Team orientation and good communication skills • Availability of 30-32 work hours per week NICE TO HAVE: • Knowledge of SAP software • Experience in project work WE OFFER: • Salary depending on the hours worked, with a rate of no less than PLN 31 per hour gross • Opportunity to develop and learn how to manage quality standards in an international organization • Contract of mandate for 6 months (possibility to extend the cooperation up to 12 months) • Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work - you can easily combine your internship with studies • Acquisition of knowledge on how to manage supply chain processes • A cohesive, experienced and creative team, with a strong people orientation within the organization • Induction and development training • Access to our internal training platforms, including a foreign language learning platform • Co-financing for the MultiSport card • Great location - close to Dworzec Gdański subway station YOUR TASKS: • Supporting the team in sales planning and preparation and analysis of monthly sales plans a year in advance • Monitoring actual inventory levels, acting to avoid out-of-stock situations • Overseeing the ordering and delivery process of finished goods and working with the supply planning department to ensure effective sales and distribution in the domestic market • Monitoring logistics of finished goods between factories and warehouses, and work with factories overseas on import issues • Supporting in maintaining and updating systems that support sales planning and product management and their pricing • Coordinating the implementation of new retail prices and official price lists • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations departments to ensure effective sales and distribution in the domestic market • Participation in continuous process improvement projects We are collecting applications until 15.08.2024!
