Motivated and effective, the Customer Collaboration Lead excels in engaging with both internal and external partners to drive mutually beneficial initiatives and KPIs, thereby growing sales and volume through product availability, OOS avoidance, DOI adherence, NPI S2M, and relevant supply chain KPIs. Skilled in creating impactful KPIs and dashboards, they can communicate and visualize complex analytics, translating them into actionable plans with the necessary stakeholders. They are adept at leading and managing direct reports, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to align with expected outcomes. Experience with large data sets and strong problem-solving/root-cause analysis skills are highly advantageous in this role. Day to Day The Customer Collaboration lead will conducts sessions at an agreed cadence with selected partners, sharing KPI performance metrics such as DOI (Days of Inventory), CFR-OT (Case Fill Rate On-Time), OSA (On Store Availability), and Out of Stock, as well as Revenue Opportunity. This person will monitor each KPI's improvements, effectively problem-solve for logistically complex customers, and report on sales, inventory/order, and availability status in a straightforward, easily understood manner. The CCL use scheduled meetings to foster and implement proactive communication with key stakeholders (both internal and external) about Partner data submissions that may affect accurate replenishment planning or KPI performance. In terms of collaboration and consultancy, the CCL work with internal (Commercials, Marketing, IBP, Distribution team, Finance) and external (CWDs, KAs) stakeholders on inventory strategy, risk mitigation, and NPI execution through regular governance meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) and ad-hoc sessions. Other responsabilities and involvement includes: Participating in daily SD DDS and bi-weekly CWD meetings. Attending weekly Market supply planning meetings. Joining monthly LOGD/Demand planning meetings. Acting as the CWD point person for NPI/Project-based connections and solutions regarding pipeline volume, store lists, and execution plans. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR University/College - Bachelor’s Degree Degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage. 3+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance Working knowledge of SAP, Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Power BI tools etc.) is required Project management skills are strong plus Knowledge of Finance principles; ability to use financial concepts & terminology and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF) is a strong plus Ability to lead directly or indirectly End 2 End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience preferred / APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with EDI processing ideal Understanding of how CRM systems work, including third party logistics. Self-starter and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Understands time management and e-mail management within a fast-paced, matrix business model. Cross-functional perspective and coordination Demonstrated communication skill and diplomacy to partner with multiple department company wide. For this position, the salary range is between $103,700 to $110,000 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
