The Senior IT Analyst – B2C Team helps business effectively market products to consumers in the online space leveraging technology and digital channels to reach and engage with potential consumers, build brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase sales and customer loyalty. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountability 1: Engage with business representatives and business management to understand current and future business requirements and their impact on the existing B2C applications landscape. Accountability 2: Understand and promote the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions. Accountability 3: Consult customers by leveraging available IT solutions, IT processes and IT services to enable them in executing their strategic plans. Accountability 4: Support or manage the design, build and deployment of IT solutions or IT processes by working closely with relevant functional teams (e.g., digital, marketing, customer care), in line with the annual and long-range plans. Accountability 5: Identify opportunities and propose innovative uses of IT solutions and IT services to address specific business issues in B2C area. Accountability 6: Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. Accountability 7: Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues in IT and other functions, on matters such as applicable principles, practices, standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies. REQUIREMENTS Work Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Business function. • Experience in B2C digital marketing IT; E-commerce (Website, LINE), Loyalty, B2C CRM solution implementation is highly preferred. • Experience in Project management and Service Management is mandatory. • Data analytics experience is a plus. Education • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems • University degree in Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.
