As Senior Payroll Process Lead you will be part of Payroll & Time Process Team. You will play key role in payroll projects providing global expertise, recommending solutions and driving improvements. You will be actively partnering with Payroll Delivery Teams, IT, InfoSecurity, Finance, Internal Control, Legal, Data Privacy Leads, Procurement, Global Mobility, payroll vendors, and banks. This role offers excellent opportunity to develop global perspective and cross functional collaboration. JOIN US! This involves performing situation analyses, participating in decision-making processes, and supporting solution design and implementation. • Ensure deployment of global standards (such as payroll control framework, global payment standards and business continuity plans) within payroll projects. • Support discussions with payroll vendors and banks to explain global PMI requirements and assess capabilities of payroll vendors/banks. • Contribute to the establishment of a legacy by assisting in the payroll setup for PMI’s new legal entities. • Provide recommendations based on insights from multiple sources. • Support discussions with payroll vendors, payroll banks during payroll related projects: explaining global PMI requirements, understanding and assessing capabilities of payroll vendors/banks. • Support payroll teams in standardizing and streamlining payroll processes. • Proactively identify areas for improvement based on observed best practices within PMI or benchmark studies, and follow through on implementation. #Li-hybrid
