Your ‘day to day’: As Go To Market Manager you will develop GTM strategy and ensure efficient GTM/RTM implementation for both RRP (Reduced Risk Products) & CC (Combustible Cigarettes). • Develop and propose GTM strategy to be approved by Head of Comm ops and General Manager and ensure its implementation. • Develop and manage trade channel strategy. Define roles of channels and channel mix optimization to execute omnichannel commercialization strategy and plan. • Manage balanced and efficient trade remuneration across channels. Manage and optimize channel activities and infrastructure especially visibility platforms through capacity management, planning, and effective GTM support and channel execution. • Coordinate Digital Trade Engagement activation and channel specific content deployment, defining requirements for design & improvement of the platform. • Manage performance of existing trade programs and develop new trade program template. • Explore and propose new channels for RRP commercialization. • Organize, manage, and coach employees in order to achieve business and development objectives. Motivate them and support development of their skills through on the job and off the job activities exposing them to different initiatives and activities to enhance continuous learning. • Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, EA guidelines and PMI procedures. Who we’re looking for: • University degree, preferably in Economic, Business, or related fields. • Minimum 3 years in managerial or supervisory role within commercial organization. • Experience in FMCG, Telco, Banking or Tobacco industry Is preferred. • Proficient in English and the local language. • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Developed communication skills. • Tendency to problem solving, analytics and critical thinking.
