The purpose of the role: The (Senior) IT Analyst - AI scaling will play a pivotal role in industrializing Generative AI (GenAI) across PMI. This role will be instrumental in aiding functions, regions, and markets to deliver GenAI solutions at scale and pace. The (Senior) IT Analyst - AI scaling will ensure that these solutions are reusable and align with PMI's AI governance and IT standards. Your day to day: 1. AI Scaling impact maximization: • Support the identification of how validated (Gen)AI use-cases can scale and maximize value generation • Provide advice and share knowledge on how valudated (Gen)AI solutions can help solve specific difficulties or open new opportunities. • Engage with team members to understand end-to-end buisness and technical requirements and facilitate the scaling of (Gen)AI technologies. 2. Support the scaling of solutions and processes related to (Gen)AI initiatives. • Support key partners in completing their business cases and drive the projects through gate approvals. • When vital, act as intermediary between use-case owners and the technical implementation teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented for scale and impact. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating complex (Gen)AI concepts into understandable and actionable information, to drive ownership and adoption at scale of GenAI solutions. 3. Work closely with the AI governance team to ensure all GenAI solutions adhere to PMI's compliance and ethical standards. 4. Provide data-driven support for decision-making: • Collect, interpret, and present data effectively, to extract meaningful insights and ensure that the right decisions are made in terms of prioritization for scaling of (Gen)AI initiatives. 5. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, using GenAI to enhance PMI's business processes and customer experiences. 6. Governance: • Implement governance processes for the scaling of GenAI use-cases • Participate to the continuous evolution and improvement of the AI@PMI governance. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and advancements to inform strategic decisions and organizational initiatives. Who we’re looking for: • University degree or equivalent professional / life experience in Computer Sciences / Information Technology • 3-5 years of Industries and functional experience • Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills combined with knowledge about Generative AI and its applicability in a large corporation • Experience in scoping, designing and scaling IT services • Self-driven, creative, teammate that likes to deal with ambiguity and team members on different organizational levels Other requirements: • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel, with high ambiguity • Self-driven and Trustworthy • “Doer” with a strategic mindset • Thrive in highly ambiguous situations • Enjoy working on multiple, concurrent, fast-paced projects using new technologies • Curious and passionate about AI • Superb communication and collaboration skills Ultimately, personality means more to us than skills.
