The purpose of the role: Contribute to execution of PMI GenAI strategy by leading all phases of assigned one or more medium size projects, solving a business need through the application of project management practices. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of multiple Generative AI use-cases within the organization. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading project timelines, and ensuring that the Generative AI initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives. Your day to day 1. Project Planning & Execution: • Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks related to Generative AI use-cases. • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and team members. • Develop full-scale project plans and associated documentation. • Support the team members to draft and submit project budget proposals. • Allocate and lead resources for assigned projects based on historical information, input from other staff, and general understanding of project tasks. • Anticipate and mobilize cross functional resources when required (procurement, legal, technology, finance, 3rd party suppliers and consultant, etc.). • Consult, support and guide team members during different stages of the project execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Drive the projects within agreed scope, budget, resources and timing • Track project achievements and results. • Conduct project post-mortems and build a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. 2. Drive communication and co-ordination including project status reporting for single projects and across a portfolio of initiatives: • Drive communication and co-ordination for the success of the project and provide project status reports and other project information to project partners and senior management on a regular basis. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion; Liaise with project partners on an ongoing basis. 3. Apply project, change and service management methodology: • Apply usability practices based on known solutions, applications and standard processes. • Assure adherence to standards. 4. Ensure project documentation are created and communicated: • Ensure project charter and plan, schedule, communications plan, requirements document, design document, deployment plan, test plan, maintenance transition plan, and closing reports are created and distributed to all interested parties. 5. Increase quality and mitigate risk, manage scope change and expectation: • Ensure measures are taken in projects to increase quality and mitigate risk. • Manage scope change and expectation, including risk analyses, impact assessment, needs assessment, financial analysis, requirements signoff, test planning and execution, contingency and deployment plans. 6. Understand business needs, define requirements, propose optimal solution, confirm financial proposal of the project and inspire change 7. Monitor and measure results and provide constructive feedback to assigned resources in terms of deliverables on what and how 8. Run and build a consumer focused, agile and innovative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best talent Who we’re looking for • University degree or equivalent life or professional experience (Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) • 5 -8 years of Industries and functional experience • Experience of supervising and advising people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes • Experience of leading and consulting for multiple concurrent projects across organizational functions • High interest, curiosity and experience with Generative AI technology • Self-driven, structured, teammate that likes to act in dynamic environments Other requirements: • Self-driven and Trustworthy • “Doer” with a strategic mindset • Thrive in highly ambiguous situations • Enjoy working on multiple, concurrent, fast-paced projects using new technologies • Curious and passionate about AI • Excellent communication and collaboration skills What’s in it for you?
