Purpose • Define/Create the training program objectives, develop training programs contents required, localizing to channel level for development. • Continuously assess effectiveness of programs incorporate feedback from User to increase effectiveness and usability. Accountability • Define/Create training program goals and project plan based on annual calendar • Develop training program (from scratch, or through collaboration with vendors, or localization from OC programs) on-time • Define the training mechanism (digital, classroom, etc) and collaborate with Deployment team to align deployment/completion schedule. • Vendor management including sourcing expertise for specific training • Review effectiveness of training programs and feedback from User, to propose improvements • Knowledge Management (incl. catalogue management) • Prepare and present training programs at management team meetings when necessary. Qualifications • Japanese - Native (verbal, written, presentation) • English- Advanced (verbal) Work Experience • B2C/B2B Training & Development experience 3-5 years+ • Content development for variety of training - Sales/Program/Initiatives training, training for skills specific to position / channel (preferred) • Business experience in Commercial roles that deal with customer facing (Call-Centre, Marketing, Sales) Competencies • Fast-learner, agility, handling ambuiity to lead outcome • Analytical skills and application. Logical thinking • Advanced level of communicatio, simplifying (verbal, written) • Strong collaborator and enabler for collaboration across teams. • Stakeholder management.
