Distribution Channel Lead

Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Distribution Channel Lead, who will ensure optimal distribution flow of Philip Morris Sales and Distribution product and develop productive relationships with assigned Wholesale/Local Key Account customers thus contributing to Company Sales Volume and profitable Share of Market enhancement within the assigned territory. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Define Distribution Channel Problems & Opportunities in order to prepare both long-range and short-term planning of commercial activities within the Territory. • Contribute to Business Development Plan (BDP) with Distribution Channel’s capability analysis to fully utilize territory potential in order to maximize sales volume and Market Share within the territory. • Propose initiatives for increasing of Wholesale & LKA channels effectiveness. • Develop and implement mutual business plans together with Wholesale & Local KA partners in order to fully realize distribution channel potential for market share growth. • Plan short-term Brand Activation programs in Wholesale & LKA channel in line with both National priorities (Field Period Calendar) and specific Territory initiatives. • Develop and propose regular sales forecasts (In-Market Sales) for Wholesale & LKA partners taking into consideration market specifics. • Maintain and develop comprehensive knowledge of trade channels infrastructure, competitors, trade partners and market trends within the Territory in order to define current/emerging business problems/opportunities of the distribution channel.
