About the BRIDGE program You will be a part of the PMI’s team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific postgraduate degree, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa. *Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC Who we’re looking for: • Recent Bachelor's degree. • Advanced Spanish and English level, at least C1. • MS Office skills (Excel and PPT). • Ability to work under pressure, very organized and multitasking skills. • Great communication skills, very collaborative and great team spirit. • Proactivity. • EU valid work permit. Responsibilities: Our mission as a team is to Lead the development of commercial capabilities for the Commercial team though programs aligned to the business priorities in order to support the success of our products in the market. The main description of the role is: • Support the develop and implement high impact employee development strategies to improve the organization's capability to drive and deliver business results and boost individual performance leveraging contemporary L&D approaches and solutions. • Support designing and deployment of customized development solutions to accelerate growth of PMI talents and address critical development needs. • Support CCD Team in Learning & Development related project involving leading external vendors, internal SME , global L&D team and LMS to leverage the most contemporary knowledge and expertise. • Support CCD Quality team in analyse results and create specific and adhoc action plans per channel, to assure quality and excellence in execution on field in all our commercial engine.
