The purpose of the role is to define and prioritize SFP digital requirements based on must win battles, key projects and expected business benefits. The person will align and coordinate with cross-functional teams in the market, and with central and regional teams, in order to support and deliver the SFP digital roadmap. This would include orchestrating SFP digital needs and deployment across the SFP streams and channels, identify cross-stream system risks and dependencies, to ensure a consistent omni-channel consumer experience. The specific accountabilities are: 1. Manage the market's SFP digital demands, and coordinate with program and channel owners, as well as cross-functional teams in the market to ensure a shared digital roadmap with aligned priorities. 2. Define the end-to-end scope and timeline of digital deployments in partnership with program and channel owners, and ensure on-time in-scope implementation by applying project management tools and principles. Manage risks and dependencies with business stakeholders, and ensure that all digital needs adhere to regulatory framework, local policies and internal controls. 3. Act as the digital product owner for the market, mainly covering DCE2 and any other global SFP systems used by the market. Train program and channel owners on digital capabilities as needed, and own system-related practices and processes in partnership with channel and program process owners. 4. Digital advocate and consultant for the SFP function in order to create a digital mindset and drive digitalization of programs and channel management. Who We’re Looking For • At least 5 years relevant experience in B2C e-commerce, marketplace, retail and digital marketing platforms (i.e. Salesforce). Experience in large FMCGs or retail industry is a plus. • Strong Business Analysis, can translate technical requirements to business needs and vice versa • Experience in Project Management principles, tools and systems (i.e. JIRA, Confluence), familiar with Agile methodology • Experience in insighting and reporting, with working knowledge on Power BI and other data visualization tools • Fluent written and verbal English business professional language skills • Able to present with impact, clarity by leveraging from materials prepared within the default suite of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
