Lead Commercial Reporting and Analysis (SFP)

This role is expected to enable data-driven culture efficiently within the SFP organization. The purpose of the job is to: - Establish narrowed down KPIs for monitoring and submit timely SFP actual data/KPIs; provide support to SFP reports / presentations - Develop governance of reporting and data setup, including continuous improvement of reporting processes to ensure reports data integrity. - Generate SFP-wide/omni-channel analysis and insights prioritizing those anchored on the achievement of must-win-battles. - Establish process in sizing up reporting requirements/demands and manage business partners to realize synergies and outsourcing opportunities in delivering reporting tools The specific accountabilities are: - Reporting and Presentations Support • Lead KPI selection and definition in line with PMI while ensuring applicability to SFP PH market dynamics and data availability • Ensure timely and accurate submission of defined SFP reports and priority data requests • Provide support to preparations of identified SFP presentations and ad hoc priority reports - Analysis and Insights Generation • Provide timely and quality analysis in line with identified leading KPIs and priority commercial initiatives • Generate regular insights from trend reports and flag challenges and risks in early indicators • Formulate recommendations to stream and program owners to improve and ensure achievement of KPIs - Data Governance • Establish master data maintenance and manual data upload processes; to include RACI and continuous process improvement • Coordinate with relevant business partners to identify and ensure proactive data validation and reconcilations are in place to ensure data integrity • Ensure ITBI to design and implement efficient ways to organize, store, expose and refresh data with quality, integrity, security and confidentiality • Ensure effective run and support (reporting data issues) framework is clearly setup, operationalized and communicated to stakeholders - Reporting Tools • Lead identification of reporting synergies and outsourcing opportunities • Manage independently end to end process (from requirements gathering to post production) of identified report automation projects • Establish core guidelines & principles in report visualizations to ensure seamless user experience on reporting tools • Partner with relevant business partner/s to ensure appropriate, timely and relevant reporting tools trainings are provided to the organization - Management of Business Partners on Reporting tools • Manage scope fo work and/or contracts/RACI with identified business partners on reporting tools as well as run and support • Close coordination to ensure progress and closure of data and reporting tools projects • Lead stakeholder management to ensure buyin and efficient execution of deliverables thru business partners • Who We’re Looking For - Minimum 5 years of commercial reporting/analysis experience, or similar experience in database management and analytics - Advanced MS Skills required (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and knowledge of operating systems such as Power BI - Experience in project management, working and influencing cross-functional stakeholders - Ability to spot patterns and trends from big data and from various data sources - Knowledge on MySQL, Macro or VBA is a plus. - Project management What We Offer - Our above market practice on Compensation & Benefits provide you with: - Guaranteed 14th month pay - HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents - PhP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement - Retirement Plan - Leave Conversion Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
