Your main goal is to provide support on Digital platforms and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions. From conception to execution, you will serve as a seasoned expert, facilitating and maintaining the adoption of global digital solutions to drive business growth and streamline processes. Collaboration with IT and global Digital teams is essential to implement system developments and monitor maintenance, ensuring a consistently up-and-running system. Working closely with multi-cultural business teams to support markets and functions in digital deployment to achieve success is crucial on this role. Maintaining a comprehensive documentation for digital products is required as well. What your day looks like • Actively explore and set up tailored Digital solutions, both temporary and enduring, to address the specific needs of the market operations; Hold meetings to provide guidance for the internal digital deployment activities • Test (UATs and UVTs) from user perspective configured capabilities using different environments (PC, mobile, tablet / different languages) for both B2B and B2C (website, e-commerce) platforms including front-end and back-end web / ecommerce updates (banner, promo etc.) • Upload branded / brand agnostic contents and training materials. Collaborate with the Global Capability and Digital teams to find the proper brand agnostic contents / training materials • Provide immediate response for resolving system breakdowns, following up tickets on behalf end-users, mediating between end-user and development teams as deemed fit • In addition to maintaining the B2B digital platform, provide structure, reporting and analysis of the data obtained from Digital tools • Engage and be the gateway between 3rd party agencies and relevant end-user/product owning teams • Create, update, or modify templates for varied audience, publish task/survey/quiz forms, and register users on Salesforce/Digital Platforms. Prepare, report, and follow-up on NPS Survey. Provide administrative support on E-ordering, Trade Program Incentive Reconciliation & Payments Proof of Performance • Update and create internal documentation, process flows, handbooks for Digital tools, processes and PowerBI reports guides What you need to have • College/ University Degree of a relevant course • with good understanding of business and digital systems or tools • High digital savviness and curiosity towards digital platforms; Ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment with strong communication and collaborative skills • Strong entrepreneurship mindset and analytical thinking • Experience in SQL • Knowledge in Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, HTML, Web Content publishing will be an advantage Work Schedule and Location Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM – 5:30PM, in a hybrid work arrangement Based in Makati City Rockwell Head Office What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
