Event Supervisor SFP

So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.  Your day-to-day: - Development, planning, validation and approval of an event plan and event strategy with a focus on established KPIs; - Planning, coordination, implementation and control of activities; - Managing relationships with event and media agencies and assessing the effectiveness of cooperation; - Development of an event strategy for smoke-free products in accordance with the marketing strategy; - Setting communication goals, placing promotional materials within projects; - Participation in procurement procedures for services, preparation of tender documentation, close cooperation with the procurement department; - Participation in the preparation and conclusion of contracts, interaction with project stakeholders. Who we're looking for: - Higher education; - Experience in the event industry from 3 years; - Presentation skills. - Fluency in English (Advanced); - Computer skills (knowledge of MS Office Power Point, Excel, MS Project).
