Your ‘day to day’ — Preparation of regular reports on monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and ensuring their analysis of the company's production costs; — Preparation of financial statements in accordance with the instructions of local and regional management, including statistical reports and reports as part of the annual audit of financial statements; — Preparation of standard and special reports, analyses and explanations of deviations for the management of the PMI in order to provide an effective decision-making tool and a basis for evaluating the results of the company's activities (movement of production inventories; analysis of deviations from planned indicators); — Preparation of episodic financial estimates and budgets, ensuring their analysis and providing comments, if necessary; — Suggestions for improving systems, methods of work and analysis, their adaptation to business needs; — Responding to requests from the operations center and local management during each reporting/budget cycle; — Coordination of various issues that come from all over the organization, identification of a responsible team, addressing and bringing requests to a logical conclusion; — A high understanding of financial accounting for inventories and cost pricing for timely and rapid response to various cases that arise in production; — Preparation of the budget of the company's production costs, including data collection and analysis, as well as preparation of reports for the company's management. Who we’re looking for: — Higher financial/economic education; — English language at upper-intermediate level; — Work experience in a similar position – 2-4 years; — Excellent analytical skills; — Excellent MS Office skills.
