Process Control Engineer

Your day-to-day: ­-Provide effective monitoring and control of the production process through management and control systems, including the PSS (Primary Supervisory System) management and data acquisition system in order to maintain high operational performance of equipment and product quality. -Timely identify the sources of problems arising during the production process and take immediate corrective measures to ensure continuity of the production process, ensure work safety and achieve compliance of manufactured products with quality standards and specifications. -Prepare short-term and long-term schedules and organize preventive maintenance and repairs, taking into account technical problems, requirements and production plan, ensuring the efficient use of tobacco shop equipment and continuity of production. -Analyze the maintenance of equipment and determine the necessary measures to improve it, increase the efficiency and quality of work. -Plan, organize and monitor on an ongoing basis inspections and calibrations, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of control systems, tobacco shop equipment and its parts. -Ensure timely documentation of changes and updates to systems containing electronic circuits, databases and software. -Analyze production process data and existing deviations, find and propose solutions to problems. -Develop and implement new effective process control systems and software to improve and optimize the production process. Who we're looking for: - Higher technical education. - At least 2 years of work in the field of industrial automatic control systems. - Good knowledge of programming languages ​​for logic controllers (PLC) Siemens, Bekhof.
