We are one of the first international companies to be Equal Salary certified and we consistently implement this. • We support you even before your official start with a relocation to us in Munich and also offer you a number of different corporate benefits YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES: In this role, you support PMI and the logistics provider on site in our logistic hub in Leipzig on quality related issues and contribute your expertise to improve materials, products and the quality level. • You will track non-conformances in a timely manner, make decisions to block non-conforming materials and products, and monitor corrective and preventive actions • You are responsible for coordinating the documentation of all processes and participate in audits • You are in charge of training employees on the quality and document management system. • You are ensuring that standards for incoming inspections are in place in a timely manner • You will establish a good communication and collaboration with Fulfillment HUB suppliers to ensure excellent quality and compliance with all PMI standards. YOUR PROFILE: • A technical university degree, or comparable academic training, ideally in electronics domain • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in quality assurance of electronic or medical devices, pharmaceutical industry or food industry • Strong project management skills (planning, prioritization and communication skills) as well as analytical and numerical problem solving skills • Strong problem solving skills, results orientation and learning flexibility • Consumer-centric mindset with excellent ability to collaborate and consolidate findings • Very good knowledge of relevant standards (ISO, GMP) as well as quality tools • Strong IT (especially Office, SAP) and project management skills • Confident handling of MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are desirable (B2+) Equal opportunities and diversity in all facets, such as the employment of severely disabled people and inclusion, are part of our everyday life.
