As part of our global Tax team and the local Finance Team in Germany, you will work together with your direct report on national and international tasks and projects, both strategically and operationally. • You act as a main contact for authorities and functional departments. • You ensure all compliance requirements, designing, reviewing, and implementing the processes impacting Taxes, even if run out of Tax department. • You participate in company projects providing your tax opinion, and supporting the team in the implementation and execution phase • You participate in international projects supporting Central Tax Teams in data analytics and process definition. ou work on continuous improvement of processes. YOUR PROFILE: • A degree in business administration • Completed tax consultant examination would be preferrable. • At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar position or in advisory • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working • Strong analytical thinking and judgment as well as strong focus on results • Ability to communicate tax concepts in a comprehensible way • Strong communication skills, coupled with high teamwork & proactivity • Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written Equal opportunities and diversity in all facets, such as the employment of severely disabled people and inclusion, are part of our everyday life.
