Your day-to-day: - Collaborate with the business function/region to understand departmental or project strategies and develop project- or area-specific procurement plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these business needs into existing and future procurement activities. - Identify, research, evaluate suppliers and negotiate terms for cost areas at the local level in order to achieve the most favorable conditions for optimizing the department's cash shortages, as well as the quality and reliability of the goods and services needed. - Develop and interact with business functions, category manager and sourcing team regarding annual, mid-term and ad-hoc sourcing plan - Monitor and monitor, along with proponents, the implementation of tender results for the relevant area or function, including reviewing cost estimates where applicable. - Identify opportunities for cost reduction, cost savings and cash flow optimization. As well as monitoring the implementation of initiatives in the field of regional procurement at the region/branch level.
