If you’re a forecaster and forward-thinker, you can make a huge impact, As a Manager Marketing Excellence, you will be responsible for aligning marketing efforts across multiple categories and channels. The role involves integrating and optimizing commercial activities across all channels, requiring a combination of creativity, data-driven insights, and effective execution of commercial strategies to reach legal-age consumers through digital and trade channels. It also involves ensuring consistency across all channels and optimizing conversion paths. This role works closely with the Category Heads to plan and organize omni-channel marketing activities, playing a crucial part in our company's smoke-free vision. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY 1) Orchestration & Governance: Support the implementation of the comprehensive commercial plan and multi-channel commercial activities to achieve the Category’s objectives and priorities. 2) Support the commercial management processes such as category priorities, launch planning, multi-channel execution, and competitive readiness. Communicate and align priorities using the SFP Governance process and ensure commercial plans and execution are in line with channel priorities. 3) Take ownership of the multi-category marketing calendar. Collaborate with Category Heads to align and translate category priorities into a calendar. Partner with key stakeholders for overall calendar management and approach. 4) Use data-driven insights to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaigns 5) Campaign Orchestration/ Projects Develop detailed plans for digital, traditional, and new marketing channels to ensure they are consistent with our category’s strategy. Responsible for overseeing entire campaign coordination to effectively manage budgets, timelines, and resources. 6) Reverse Orch. Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and ensure our marketing efforts remain at the forefront of the industry. Make recommendations on innovative marketing approaches while meeting our volume targets. 7) Relationship Management: Coordinate the market's semi-annual business review with the regional teams, category performance, and channel milestones to demonstrate progress and success. 8) Support the orchestration of the yearly commercial plan, and work closely with Category, CX and Channels to formulate the 2025 must-win priorities and commercial engine supporting yearly OGSMs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with min. 5 years marketing experience, particularly in Brand Management. • A proven track record in the nicotine industry, with a flair for brand building and offline engagement. • An analytical mind that transforms insights into impactful actions. • A multitasker with exceptional time and project management skills, PMP Certification preferred. • A strong leader and communicator, capable of guiding teams and managing multifaceted projects.
