Join us in our Commercial Capability Development (CCD) team and you will Support CCD Manager with the design and creation of Local Trainings, able to address local needs, assuring high quality and impact according to business and audience expectations. Support in the creation of ad hoc learning plans able to cover skill gaps across the organization streams (if global curricula do not cover or fit). Support with the implementation of local programs, assessments and initiatives as well as workshops across the organization. Specific responsibilities include: • Support CCD Manager with the design and creation of all Local learnings from onboarding to upskilling programs, including Commercial Operation, contents, according to needs coming from gap analysis and plan calendar. Coordinate with department reference (project owners, P&C, Legal) program content and align with Deployment stream on delivery mechanisms (including outsourcing or in-house). • Support CCD Manager in identifying best format learning for efficient content transmission always searching for innovative and creative solutions following the fundamental business pillars and skills to be covered. Be familiar with LMS platform (We Care) and align on delivery methodology, attendees, progress, NPS, follow up process. • Based on business expectations and prioritization for all target audience in scope, across all channels, support CCD Manager in keeping constant/recurrent alignment with local programs available. Be updated on all global learning available via learning curriculum (from onboarding to upskilling) as well as local solutions either through in home creation or via external suppliers. Proactively propose best training solution adapted to needs and expectations. • Support in the communication with internal stakeholders and support in the development of all local learning plans (Onboarding, Commercial Approach, Transversal Skills, Commercial Leadership). Be accountable for the development of presentations for internal/external use and sharing. • Support CCD Manager in creating and implementing modern e-training methods, including comprehensive development paths, micro-training, film materials, audio and gamification. Support with the creation of local learning events both virtual and in presence, including scouting of impactful and engaging guest. • Be present at regular calls for continuous sharing and update of learning programs. Take into account best practices to be implemented in our market. Coordinate agencies and related administrative tasks (bidding process, purchase order creation, budget tracking update). With the support of CCD Manager be responsible for auto training and by gaining successfully mandatory certifications required by the role (such as GTC certification). • Be constantly updated with commercial dept. and other streams in scope activities and initiatives through planned meetings and attend regular field visits to learn and monitor frontliners gaps and performance, generating value feedback return. • Maintain an excellent motivation within the department, emphasize team spirit and encourage an open-minded style.
